CLINICAL DIRECTOR POSITION

A new ABA center for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is opening in the South Bend/Mishawaka, Indiana area.  We are seeking a highly creative, energetic individual for the Clinical Director position, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center with the support of a strong administrative staff.  This is an EXCITING opportunity for the individual looking to take the next step in his or her career.
Duties:
 Conduct full VB-MAPP evaluations and develop and implement Individual Treatment Plans (ITP)
 Hire, train and supervise therapists who will be providing direct therapy to the children
 Conduct monthly consults with parents and therapists

Job Requirements:
 Masters Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
 Two to three years of experience in providing ABA services directly to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders under the supervision of a BCBA
 Experience supervising others preferred
 Ability to promote atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
