Spring 2008 Syllabus
Recruitment PowerPoint
The
Pre-Practicum system is a subsystem of the Behavior Analysis Training
System at Western Michigan University. The purpose
of the Pre-Practicum system is to prepare students prior to their
entrance into the Croyden Practicum, PSY 3570. This preparation
involves training in discrete trial procedures with a specific emphasis
in learning the various components needed to work with children.
Pre-Practicum is a five-week
training course given at the end of the semester prior to the student’s entrance into PSY 3570. The
course uses a lot of hands on activities to facilitate the acquisition
of discrete trial skills.
